US Inspect: “professionalism with a personal touch” – from them and us

U.S. Inspect is the nation’s largest home inspection firm. We created this logo design as one tactic to spread US Inspect’s message of “professionalism with a personal touch”. The focus is on the Inspector, whom we portray as a down-to-earth, easy-to-talk-to kind of guy, yet the tie and pocket embroidery signal professionalism. Since computerized assessment and reporting are among the assets that differentiate U.S. Inspect, we included a laptop. Rather than add a separate “U.S. Inspect” line of type, we incorporated the company logotype prominently on the laptop’s lid to reinforce the key ideas even further.

We also do targeted ads for insertion in selected real estate-specific publications.
